DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time depends on the availability of your ordered items.
In case of immediately available goods, the shipment will take place within 1-3 working days after the order confirmation has been issued or after receipt of payment (in case of payment method PayPal, prepayment, credit card, instant bank transfer).
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship them only when they are complete or at the discretion of our shipping staff as a partial delivery. A subsequent delivery is free of charge for you.
Inform us if you need available goods urgently!

RETURN / EXCHANGE / COMPLAINTS
Please send returns at your own expense (see revocation) with a shipping service provider of your choice: ROADIEWORKS- Roadie GmbH, Zwickauer Straße 108, D-09112 Chemnitz.
Leave a note in the package (copy of the delivery bill or revocation form) whether an exchange or refund of which item is desired.
Please note the 14-day return period!
After timely receipt of your return and an inspection of the goods, you will receive within 14 days an e-mail "invoice correction/credit to your invoice", which confirms your return.
In case of a CHANGE, a new order will be created. If the invoice correction shows a difference, you have to pay it first before the exchange free of shipping costs takes place.
A GRANT will be issued within ten days. This is done with the payment method that you have already chosen with your order. Please inform us about your bank details when paying "prepayment by bank transfer" and "cash on delivery"!
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the goods because they are defective or faulty, please inform us immediately.
Send us an e-mail to customer-service@roadieworks.com and describe the defects as detailed as possible. The following information should be included in the e-mail:
Company or first and last name
Customer number & contact details
Invoice number & date of purchase
Item number and description
Description of the defect and photos documenting the defect in detail.
You will receive a reply from us explaining how to proceed and if we have any questions for you.
Usually you will receive a return label from us and you will send us your complaint in dry and clean condition. After the arrival of the goods we start processing the complaint and contact the manufacturer, this can sometimes take a little time.
Of course we are not free of mistakes! Should you ever be dissatisfied with our service, for example, received the wrong item, then please contact us with an email and the previously described points.
